I will not do

・NSFW (However, light depictions will be accepted.)
・Robot/Mechanic (However, if it is not complicated, we will accept it.)
・Gore/Grotesque (However, light depictions will be accepted.)
・Hate ArtFan art is only allowed if the official allows Fanficiton.

・Please give me as much detail as possible about the costume, hairstyle, personality, and other settings of the character you would like me to work on. It is preferable to provide a description in both text and images. If we feel that we do not have enough material, we may ask for additional material or decline your request.

・If the character design is complex, we may charge an additional fee or decline the request.
I may also refuse a request if I feel that the contents of the request are offensive to me, or if I feel some kind of distrust, such as a derogatory remark about me.

・Revisions are limited to three (3) times during the sketch phase.
After completion, you may make up to two (2) simple color adjustments.
After completion, major changes such as changes in pose, facial expression, or significant color changes are not allowed.

・If I become seriously ill, injured, or for any other reason makes it difficult for me to paint and accept the commission, I will refund the fee.
No refunds will be given for any other reason.
Once the fee has been paid and I have begun sketching, cancellations are not permitted.

・The rights to the illustrations and characters created remain with the client and the artist.
Use the artwork in every non profitable way.
By requesting a commission, you are agreeing that you will only use the illustration for personal use and will not reproduce and distribute the material for anything other than personal use.
Please don't claim that an illustration you delivered is an illustration you drew yourself.
Commercial work is available for an additional fee, please contact us through the ''Contact'' link on our website.

・Please don't let the AI learn from the illustrations you draw for a commission.

・I may be slow due to real life priorities (in work, illness, etc)so i can not complete it immediately. i hope you understand that it will take time to done.
please do not rush me to complete it quickly.

・If the client publishes commission art on social networking sites,
please credit the artist name ''haru.''
I would be very happy if you could also credit one of my SNS accounts if possible.

・I may (or may not) upload the finished illustration to my SNS, or publish it in doujinshi.

HOW TO ORDER

【1.】

Please contact me through the 'Contact' section on the homepage of this website or via direct messages on any of my social media platforms.
If you are making a request through the 'Contact' section, please select 'Commission' for personal use. For commercial use, such as merchandise, please select 'Commercial work requests.'
If you have questions or are unsure which category your request falls under, please select 'Other.'If you do not receive a response from me within a week, there is a possibility that your message did not reach me properly. In that case, I kindly ask you to contact me again.

【2.】

After reviewing the contents, if we accept your request, we will send an invoice to your PayPal address. payment must be made within 48 hours.
If payment is not received by the deadline, we will cancel the order.

【3.】

After confirming the payment, I will start working on the commission.
We will send you a sketch.

Revisions are limited to three (3) times during the sketch phase.
After completion, you may make up to two (2) simple color adjustments.Extensive changes, such as changes in pose or facial expression, or major color changes, cannot be made after completion.
Therefore, please be sure to let us know at the sketch stage if there are any parts you would like us to correct.

Estimated completion time for art is approximately 2 weeks to 3 months.
This varies depending on the complexity.
If the commission is not complex, it may be completed sooner than two weeks.
If you need it in a hurry, please be sure to consult with us in advance. We will not be able to accommodate you if you tell us after the fact.
If the completion is so urgent that it interferes with my life, I will either decline the request or charge an additional fee to handle the request.

I will send you the full size image.(2000px～/ 350dpi / PNG FILE)
If you have a preferred image size, please let us know when you order your request.
We can also provide a psd with the layers integrated if needed.
